We have a vertically integrated structure that covers the entire process of buying a property, from initial consultation to handing over the keys. This process ensures that our clients can enjoy the most streamlined and straightforward home-buying experience possible. We are a national business assisting home buyers all over Australia.

Enquiry Enquiry

Every month, R2B Group receives an average of 2,000 new enquiries from people looking to purchase their dream homes. All of these enquiries are followed up by R2B's dedicated sales teams - Ready To Buy.

Qualification Qualification

To ensure that clients are eligible for the Ready To Buy program, all enquiries are qualified. This step is crucial in ensuring that Ready To Buy can provide the best possible service to its clients.

Acceptance Acceptance

Successful clients are then prepared for property purchase and begin the Ready To Buy program. This step involves a thorough assessment of the client's needs and preferences, as well as an evaluation of their financial situation.

Financing Financing

R2B Group uses its brokerage arm, Ten Percent Finance, to finalise the first mortgage facility for clients. In addition, R2B Group lends the deposit loan from its lending arm, Grand Customised Capital. As part of the Ready To Buy program, clients undertake a mandatory, free meeting with a financial planner to ensure that the finance commitments being made are suitable for their needs.

Purchasing Purchasing

Clients can choose from a gallery of completed properties through R2B Real Estate. This step allows clients to find their ideal home quickly and easily, without having to search through countless listings.

Construction Construction

If a client elects to build their home, our in-house construction arm, Brooklyn Homes, handles the construction process.

Settlement Settlement

The final step, the property settles, clients make the final payment, and move in! As part of the Ready To Buy program, clients also undertake a mandatory, free meeting with a solicitor to review their estate planning, wills and testaments, and asset protection options. This step ensures that clients have peace of mind and are fully prepared for their new home.

Phil Leahy

Phil Leahy

Chief Executive Officer

As CEO of the R2B Group, Phil brings 25 years of experience in the residential development, construction and home building space. He is responsible for growing the R2B Group, building operational efficiency and enhancing revenues in line with targeted growth plans. Prior to R2B Group, Phil has held executive and senior management positions at Stockland, Brookfield Properties, Multiplex and Metro Property Development.

Peter Khoury

Executive Chairman

Peter, as Executive Chairman, provides oversight and direction across the group's operations. Peter has extensive experience in financial planning and mortgage broking having been a Financial Planner and CEO for National Financial Advisors (NFA) prior to the R2B Group. Peter has also previously been a successful Financial Planner at AMP Horizons, and a Home Loan Specialist at Commonwealth Bank.

As the Head of Operations at R2B Group, Yousif oversees the daily administrative, financial and operational functions of the group. Yousif has extensive experience in Finance, Compliance and Strategy. Prior to the R2B Group he was strategy Manager for National Financial Advisors, and a Compliance Officer at Commonwealth Bank.

Stephen Varty

Head of Group Investment

Stephen comes from an Investment Banking background where he focused on capital raising, corporate finance and M&A transactions. Stephen has also had experience as an authorised representative of an Australian Financial Services Licence for over 4 years and brings the skills and compliance knowledge to the R2B Group. Stephen serves on the Investment Committee for CC Grand and is also tasked with the corporate finance strategy for the R2B Group of companies.

General Manager - Brooklyn Homes

As the General Manager at Brooklyn Homes, Karlie has over a decade of experience in residential development and home building. Her role is pivotal in driving the expansion of Brooklyn Homes across NSW and QLD, ensuring overall success through meticulous attention to process improvements, design and sales streamlining, construction oversight, and negotiations with trades and suppliers. Karlie's extensive experience includes senior management roles with prominent developers and home building companies such as Lendlease and New Living Homes, Part of the Masterton Group.

General Manager - R2B Real Estate

As the General Manager of R2B Real Estate, Grant works closely with Karlie to further develop relationships and sales with developers and agents for both R2B Group and Brooklyn Homes. Grant has over 25 years of experience in banking, foreign exchange, and investment property with a focus in business development and performance management. He has worked with multinational companies, HSBC Bank, Thomas Cook, ands with Westpac Bank during his career, implementing business development and relationship strategies to ensure mutually beneficial business outcomes for clients and businesses alike.

Head of Sales

Alvin has over 20 years experience at senior level positions with technology vendors partnered with providers such as Telstra, AWS and Microsoft. Innovation and efficiency are Alvin's passions. Having been part of the R2B Group for a number of years, Alvin was appointed the General Manager of Brooklyn Homes in 2021 and has previously shifted to the role of Head of Sales. He is responsible for coordinating with agents and developers to further expand the sales pipeline for Brooklyn Homes and secure more deals for the business alongside Karlie.
